Is the commission really 1.15%?

Yes, on consumer debit and credit cards in France and Europe. This rate includes interchange (~0.20-0.30% + scheme fees), Viva.com's margin (0.60%) and PratiConnect (0.20%). Minimum fee of €0.05 per transaction. Corporate (business) cards are subject to a higher interchange rate.

How do I open the bank account?

Account opening is integrated directly into PratiConnect. When activating payments, a KYC form pre-filled with your information is presented. You simply need to provide an identity document and proof of address. The account is operational within 24 to 48 hours.

What are the transfer delays?

Funds are transferred to your Viva.com IBAN account within 24 business hours after payment. You can then transfer the funds to your regular bank account for free and instantly via SEPA transfer.

Does the SoftPOS work on iPhone?

Yes, the Viva.com SoftPOS works on iPhone (iOS 16+) and Android (Android 9+). Your phone becomes a contactless payment terminal thanks to NFC technology. No additional hardware is required.

Are meal vouchers accepted?

Yes, through the Conecs integration, you accept the main digital meal vouchers: Sodexo, Edenred, Swile and GroupeUP. Patients pay with their meal voucher card directly on your SoftPOS terminal or via payment link.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel at any time at no cost. Your Viva.com bank account remains active and you can continue using it independently of PratiConnect. Funds in your account can be transferred to any IBAN account at any time.
