QR Communication announces the official opening of PratiConnect on June 1, 2026, after eighteen months of development and a beta phase with around ten practitioners. A complete practice platform. PratiConnect covers the full management cycle of a practice: patient records (detailed files, customizable anamnesis, multi-month therapeutic goal tracking with progress scoring), scheduling (bi-directional Google Calendar sync, public booking, multi-location support for office/home/video), sessions (structured notes, attachments, optional voice transcription), native video telehealth (no patient-side install, GDPR and HDS compliant), Factur-X compliant invoicing, qualified eIDAS electronic signature via accredited partner, encyclopedia of over 1,600 references (supplements, plants, essential oils, exercises, manual techniques). Three languages, multi-tenant, RTL. Interface in French, English and Hebrew, per-practice data isolation via PostgreSQL Row Level Security, native right-to-left support for Hebrew-speaking practitioners. A transparent business model. PratiConnect earns revenue from three sources only: monthly per-practitioner subscriptions (no commitment, free trial), pay-as-you-go consumption (electronic signatures, storage beyond included quota, voice transcription, SMS reminders), and card payment processing via Viva.com — where practitioners get a negotiated 1.15% rate (versus 1.4% + €0.25 at Stripe or 1.9% at Doctolib), of which 0.2% goes to PratiConnect. No commission on appointments, no marketplace, no public practitioner ratings, no advertising monetization of patient data. Family origin. The project was born from the joint observation of Joëlle Licha (former dental surgeon now in alternative medicine) and her daughter Léa Licha-Bensoussan (osteopath): no market tool fit their practice.
