Equipment: Banc à hyperextension.

Execution

  1. Hanches appuyées sur le coussin, pieds calés
  2. Descendre le buste vers le sol, back straight
  3. Remonter jusqu'à l'alignement du corps (pas d'hyperextension excessive)
