Lomi Lomi Nui is a sacred healing massage from traditional Hawaiian culture, practiced by Kahunas (spiritual healers). It was transmitted orally from generation to generation and opened to the Western world by Aunty Margaret Machado (1916–2009). 'Lomi' means 'to knead, massage, soothe' in Hawaiian.
