Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble
These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between QR Communication SAS and any professional subscribing to the platform's services. By subscribing, you agree to these T&Cs without reservation.
Definitions
- Platform: The PratiConnect SaaS application accessible at praticonnect.com
- Services: All features offered by the Platform according to the chosen subscription plan
- User: Any professional who has created an account and subscribed to the Platform
- Subscription: The paid subscription to the Platform's Services for a defined period
Description of Services
The Platform offers practice management services for alternative medicine and wellness professionals, including:
- Patient record management
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Professional invoicing
- Secure teleconsultation
- Document management with electronic signature
- Specialized clinical modules
Pricing
Service pricing is detailed below and on the Pricing page of the website.
Subscription
PratiConnect offers a single subscription at €49.90 excl. tax/month providing access to all platform features: patient management, smart calendar, billing, video consultation, electronic signature, and all specialized modules. An annual subscription is available with 2 months free, i.e. €498.00 excl. tax/year (€41.50 excl. tax/month). Paid add-on options are available: SMS packs, additional storage, extra electronic signature credits, and AI transcription. Option pricing is detailed on the Pricing page.
Viva Wallet Payment Services
Credit card and electronic payment acceptance services are provided by Viva.com (Viva Payment Services S.A.), a payment institution licensed by the Bank of Greece. Use of these services is subject to a separate agreement between the Client and Viva.com, under Viva.com's pricing terms (€4.99 excl. tax/month subscription and transaction commissions from 1.15%). PratiConnect acts as a referrer and does not collect any commission on Client transactions. Viva Wallet services are not covered by PratiConnect's free trial period.
Add-on Options
Paid options are available in addition to the main subscription: SMS packs (automatic reminders), additional storage, extra eIDAS electronic signature credits, and AI voice transcription. These options are billed monthly and are not covered by the free trial period. Unused credits within the month are not carried over.
Applicable Taxes
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is applied at the applicable rate based on the User's country of establishment.
Price Changes
PratiConnect reserves the right to modify its prices. Any change will be communicated 30 days in advance. Ongoing subscriptions are not affected until their next renewal.
Data Migration Service
PratiConnect offers a manual data migration service included in the subscription. The Client may provide data exports from their previous practice management software. The PratiConnect team commits to reimporting this data to the extent of field compatibility available on the platform. PratiConnect does not guarantee complete data transfer, particularly in cases of format incompatibility or unsupported fields. Migration is completed within an indicative timeframe of 48 to 72 business hours after receiving complete exports.
Subscription
Duration
Subscriptions are taken out for a period of one month or one year, depending on the billing option chosen by the User.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless cancelled by the User before the renewal date.
Free Trial Period
PratiConnect offers a free 30-day trial period to explore all platform features. At the end of this period, the Client must subscribe to continue using the services. No payment is required during the trial period and no commitment is made. The trial period does not apply to paid options (SMS, extra storage, additional signatures, AI transcription) or Viva Wallet services, which are billed upon activation.
Payment
Payment Methods
Payment for the PratiConnect subscription is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or SEPA direct debit. Patient payment acceptance services are provided by Viva.com (Viva Payment Services S.A.) and are billed separately between the Client and Viva.com. PratiConnect applies a 0.2% commission on in-office payment transactions processed through the Viva Wallet integration.
Billing
Invoices are automatically generated and sent by email at each payment. They are also accessible from the User's account.
Payment Failure
In case of payment failure, PratiConnect will attempt to collect payment again within 7 days. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, access to Services may be suspended.
Refunds
As a professional service, no statutory cooling-off period applies.
Withdrawal Period
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to professional services where performance has begun with the User's prior express agreement.
Pro-rata Refund
In case of upgrade from one plan to another, the unused portion of the current plan is credited as pro-rata towards the new subscription.
Exceptions
Consumed credits (SMS, electronic signatures, additional storage, AI transcription) are non-refundable. Fees related to the Viva Wallet account (subscription and commissions) are subject to Viva.com's terms and conditions and are not refundable by PratiConnect. Late payment penalties and bank fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Cancellation by the User
The User can cancel their subscription at any time from their account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then, the User retains full access to the Services.
Cancellation by PratiConnect
PratiConnect reserves the right to terminate a subscription in case of breach of the Terms of Use, particularly in case of fraud, use contrary to regulations, or non-payment.
Effects of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, the User has 30 days to export their data. After this period, data is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy, subject to legal retention obligations.
Liability
PratiConnect is committed to providing a reliable and secure service. However, our liability is limited to direct damages proven and cannot exceed the amount of subscriptions paid during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.
Force Majeure
PratiConnect cannot be held liable in case of force majeure, including: natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, pandemics, failures of telecommunications networks, government decisions, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris, subject to provisions to the contrary in favor of the consumer.
Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, the User is invited to contact our customer service first to seek an amicable solution. In the absence of a resolution, the User may resort to mediation or the competent courts.
