PratiConnect is a management platform for alternative medicine practitioners. Official launch on June 1, 2026.
How it started
The idea came from two practitioners: Joëlle, a former dental surgeon who retrained in alternative medicine (therapeutic decoding, Matrix Reimprinting, EFT, Ericksonian hypnosis) after a career turning point in 2002, and her daughter Léa, an osteopath. After years of juggling Doctolib, Excel, paper agendas and accounting software, they reached the same conclusion: no tool is built for their work. Market solutions target conventional, reimbursed medicine — 15-minute slots, billing codes, claim forms. Nothing fits 60- or 90-minute consultations, six-month goal tracking, or fifty-question intake forms.
They brought it to Rony, the son, founder of QR Communication and a developer of HDS, eIDAS, GDPR and Factur-X compliant SaaS for the past fifteen years. Patrick, the father, a chartered accountant for forty years, structured the legal and financial side. The team came together naturally around the family table, in late 2024.
Eighteen months later, after a beta with about ten practitioners, PratiConnect officially opens on June 1, 2026. What follows is what we offer, with no embellishment.

Doctor of dental surgery by training. Retrained in alternative medicine starting in 2003: therapeutic decoding, transgenerational analysis, NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis, EFT, Matrix Reimprinting. Specialist in complex trauma and PTSD. Co-instigator of the project with Léa — the idea for a dedicated tool came from their daily practice.

Qualified osteopath. Co-instigator of the project with her mother Joëlle, born from frustration with existing tools. Owns the relevance of the osteopathy, kinesiology and manual therapy modules: anamnesis structure, goal tracking, integration with session protocols.

No marketplace
We don't publicly rate practitioners. We don't take commission. Our only revenue: subscriptions.
Compliance
Standards aren't a marketing argument — they're the bare minimum when handling health data.
GDPR
Explicit consent, right to be forgotten, data portability (Articles 15 and 20 implemented). No transfer outside the EU.
HDS
Hosted with a French provider certified for health data.
eIDAS
Qualified electronic signature via accredited partner. Same legal value as a handwritten signature.
Encryption
AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Multi-tenant isolation via PostgreSQL Row Level Security.
