Patrick Licha serves as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of QR Communication, bringing nearly four decades of financial expertise to support the company's ambitious growth trajectory. His presence reflects QR Communication's commitment to building solid financial foundations as it develops its portfolio of seven SaaS products.

With over 38 years of experience in accounting and financial management, Patrick has built an exceptional career marked by entrepreneurial success and trusted advisory relationships. Since 2004, he has been the Managing Director of Consult Expert Associés, where he provides strategic financial guidance to a diverse portfolio of companies operating in complex regulatory and tax environments.

Before founding his firm, Patrick practiced as an independent certified public accountant for 17 years (1987-2004), developing deep expertise in corporate finance, tax optimization and regulatory compliance. A graduate of ICS Béguet with a certified public accounting degree (Bac+8), he combines technical rigor with entrepreneurial pragmatism.

At QR Communication, he oversees financial strategy, cash management and regulatory compliance. His sound judgment provides the financial stability that allows the technical team to innovate with confidence, knowing that the company's fundamentals are secure.
