Rony Licha is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of QR Communication, a French SaaS engineering company based in the Paris region. With over 15 years of Full Stack development experience, he designs and leads the development of a suite of seven B2B applications in production, used by thousands of users in the healthcare, business management and document processing sectors.
His expertise spans the entire technical stack — from backend architecture (Laravel, Node.js, PostgreSQL) to modern user interfaces (React, Ant Design) — with deep knowledge of French and European regulatory requirements: health data hosting (HDS), qualified electronic signature (eIDAS), personal data protection (GDPR) and electronic invoicing (Factur-X).
His key achievements include OrdoConnect, a management platform for healthcare professionals, TimeIsMoney, a time tracking and invoicing solution, GigaSignature, an eIDAS-certified electronic signature service, and Scell.io, a developer API for electronic invoicing and signature. Under his technical leadership, all applications maintain a 99.9% uptime rate.
