Presentation

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), commonly called 'tapping,' is a psycho-corporal method created by Gary Craig (born 1940) in the 1990s. EFT combines meridian acupuncture point stimulation through tapping with verbalization and acceptance of negative emotions.

  • 4. Tapping sequence: Tapping 8 to 9 meridian points while repeating a reminder phrase
  • 5. Re-evaluation: New SUD score to measure reduction
