Execution
- Back straight, hands lightly on side rails for balance only.
- Do not lean heavily on handles.
- Regular cadence, constant and controlled.
- Full foot on each step to engage glutes.

Variations
- Side step: turn sideways for abductors.
- Skip step: skip every other step.
- HIIT: 1 min fast / 1 min slow x 10.
