The Sled Push is a raw functional exercise involving pushing a loaded sled over a given distance. One of the most effective exercises for horizontal power, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular capacity. Major advantage: no eccentric phase, minimizing soreness while allowing high work volumes.

Execution
- Low position, arms extended on handles.
- Body angle ~45° to floor.
- Drive with legs, short powerful steps.
Protocol
- 4-6 x 30-50 m, 90-120 sec rest.
