Execution

  1. Standing, barre en main, genoux légèrement fléchis (fixe)
  2. Pousser les hanches en arrière, barre descend le long des cuisses
  3. Sentir l'étirement des ischio-jambiers, descendre jusqu'aux genoux/mi-tibias
  4. Remonter en contractant les fessiers
