Ideal Routine
- Wake before sunrise
- Elimination, tongue scraping, oil pulling
- Nasal oil (Nasya), eye rinse
- Self-massage (Abhyanga)
- Exercise, bath, pranayama, meditation
- Meals at proper times (main meal at noon)
- Bed before 10 PM
