Execution
- Banc réglé entre 30° et 45° (au-delà le deltoïde prend le relais)
- Prise slightly wider than shoulder width
- Descendre la barre vers le haut de la poitrine (sous les clavicules)
- Pousser en ligne verticale en contractant les pectoraux
