Execution
- Bras tendus au-dessus de la poitrine, légère flexion des coudes (fixe)
- Ouvrir les bras latéralement en arc de cercle, sentir l'étirement
- Descendre jusqu'à ce que les bras soient parallèles au sol
- Remonter en serrant les pectoraux comme si on enlaçait un arbre
