Equipment: Banc plat, un haltère (tenu à deux mains).

Execution

  1. Lying on the bench, haltère tenu à deux mains au-dessus de la poitrine
  2. Bras légèrement fléchis, descendre l'haltère derrière la tête en arc
  3. Sentir l'étirement thoracique, remonter en contractant pecs et dorsaux
