Fasciatherapy — Danis Bois Method

Presentation

Fasciatherapy Danis Bois Method (FDB) is an approach developed since the 1980s by Danis Bois, a French physiotherapist and osteopath with a doctorate in education sciences. Derived from fascial osteopathy, it developed its own concepts around the notion of the body's 'internal movement' and 'point of appui' — a contact quality that suspends tissues and fosters their spontaneous reorganization.
