Instructions

Prone, arms alongside body. Inhale, lift chest, arms and legs simultaneously. Gaze slightly down to protect neck. 5 breaths x 3 reps.

Contraindications

  • Acute disc herniation
  • Pregnancy

Modifications

  • Beginner: lift only upper body, then only legs.
  • Advanced: arms forward, legs higher, longer hold.
