Shuttle runs are sprints between two lines spaced 10-20 meters apart, touching the ground at each end.

Execution

  1. Place two markers 10-20 meters apart.
  2. Sprint to first marker, touch ground.
  3. Sprint back, touch ground.

Sets

5-10 round trips.
