Step 1 — Position

On the leg press, toes on the bottom of the platform.

Step 2 — Extension

Push with toes, maximum ankle extension.

Step 3 — Return

Lower controlled.

Sets and Reps

3 sets of 15-20 reps.

Common Mistakes

  • Feet slipping : ensure toe stability on platform
  • Locking knees : keep a micro-bend
