Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Position
On the leg press, toes on the bottom of the platform.
Step 2 — Extension
Push with toes, maximum ankle extension.
Step 3 — Return
Lower controlled.
Sets and Reps
3 sets of 15-20 reps.
Common Mistakes
- Feet slipping : ensure toe stability on platform
- Locking knees : keep a micro-bend
Safety Tips
Make sure feet are well secured. Moderate loads to start. Never lock knees.
