Fascial Techniques & Fascial Unwinding

Presentation

Fascia is a three-dimensional connective tissue system that envelops, supports and connects every muscle, bone, organ and vessel in the body. Fascial techniques in osteopathy were developed by several practitioners, including Ida Rolf, John Barnes and osteopathic pioneers. Fascial Unwinding is a spontaneous liberation approach where the practitioner follows the body's involuntary movements rather than directing them.
