Ba Duan Jin (八段锦, 'Eight Pieces of Brocade') is one of the oldest and most widely practiced Qi Gong forms worldwide. Over 100 randomized controlled trials have demonstrated its benefits on quality of life, chronic pain, depression, balance and cardiorespiratory function.
