Circuit Structure

  • Tabata 1: Burpees (4 min)
  • 1 min rest
  • Tabata 2: KB Swings (4 min)
  • 1 min rest
  • Tabata 3: Mountain Climbers (4 min)
  • 1 min rest
  • Tabata 4: Squat Jumps (4 min)

Total: ~20 minutes.
